About Harrogate Short Stays

Harrogate Short Stays is run by Claire Tate and her team, and is part of a Yorkshire based family business that has been operating across different aspects of property since 2001, from Short Stay Holiday Lettings, Long Term Rentals, Property Development and Professional Advisory Services across the built environment. 

Claire holds a BA(Hons) in Management & Finance and is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management. Outside of work Claire likes to spend time with her family, walking her Spaniel and on her farm.

Our holiday stays and rentals, aim to offer unique places to live and stay in the heart of the community, because connected people are happier people. As business owners we live and work in Harrogate where our main office is located. 

Living, working and having had children attend school in Harrogate, affords us a local perspective of this lovely town, which we enjoy passing on for our guests to enjoy.
